I have a range of skills to offer in the area of counseling and the healing arts. I offer quality counseling and psychotherapy, a supportive relationship, refective listening, and the ability to address spirituality questions. Also I speak Spanish fluently.
I am a graduate of Loyola University Chicago with a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology. I graduated in January of 1997 and earned my clinical professional counselor licensure in 1999.
Simultaneously I completed the four year training and 50 hours of supervision to become a certified bioenergetic therapist, a body/mind approach to psychotherpy.
Later, I earned a certification in holographic memory resolution. In addition I have taken Level 1 and 2 training in EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing).
In April 2009 I completed the required training for certification in Crossinology Brain Integration Technique (BIT). BIT, as developed by Susan McCrossin, utilizes applied physiology and meridian energy to correct specific learning disabilites and to destress the brain in regards to emotional difficulties. In September 2009 I also attended the Brain Physiology and Advanced Brain Integration training of Susan McCrossin.
My practice locations include Chicago Loop and Andersonville neighborhood of Chicago. I travel to Minnesota for Brain Integration clients and will also travel to other locations..
